ECD Seminar Uganda 2023: The future of evaluation

Overview
Welcome to the "Strengthening National M&E: Challenges & Opportunities for the Future" seminar, a three-day event that was held from November 28th to 30th, 2023, in Uganda. This seminar was funded by the Belgian Development Cooperation's Special Evaluation Office (SEO) and was designed to empower professionals in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) by addressing the then-current challenges and exploring future opportunities in this domain.
The event brought together leading evaluation experts from around the world, offering a unique platform for learning, collaboration, and innovation. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, topical sessions, ideas' lab & co-creation workshops, and an evaluation fair.
