Self-service for PhD students

You can enrol for courses offered by the Antwerp Doctoral School (ADS) and consult the status of your educational credit via SisA self-service. You can find the most recent version of the manuals 'SisA for doctoral students' on the helpdesk.

SisA self-service allows you to do a.o. the following:

  • enrol for courses offered by the Antwerp Doctoral School;
  • consult your remaining educational credit;
  • manage your personal data (employee-data - except for scholarship students - need to be managed via PeopleSoft);
  • re-enrol for the new academic year (for FAQ's about this topic please consult the helpdesk).

Progress report doctoral study programme

You want to attend a bachelor or master course and need access to Blackboard? Ask the teacher of the course to connect you to the course in Blackboard (manual only available in Dutch).

Student email account

All communication sent by the Antwerp Doctoral School (information in relation to ADS activities, the newsletter, the course programme and enrolment in courses, etc.) is sent to your student account (e.g.!
