Nuovo Espresso is a communicative, unilingual teaching method for Italian based on the latest developments in foreign language learning. Participants learn to apply the language quickly and efficiently in realistic situations and are immersed in an Italian atmosphere throughout the course.

The book’s chapters are organised around specific topics and address each of the four skills: reading, listening, speaking and writing. In addition, there is a focus on interaction, functional use of language and formal correctness, which helps the participants arrive at successful communication in the foreign language within a short time span.

Nuovo Espresso builds participants’ language skills up gradually and systematically and is rich in activities and exercises. The method also offers learners the opportunity to use the language outside of the classroom, in order to achieve maximum learning.

The e-book offers:

  • all audio files of the textbook and workbook
  • all videos of the videocorso and video grammar
  • all exercises and tests in interactive format including solutions
  • direct access to supplementary exercises at www.almaedizioni.it
  • direct access to the videos on alma.tv
