What will you learn on this course?

  • You’ll acquire the basics of Spanish grammar so that you can express yourself correctly in the present tense.
  • You’ll learn basic Spanish vocabulary to use in everyday situations. Subjects include the weather and time, expressing preferences and interests, talking about looks and character, and introducing family and friends.
  • You’ll practice speaking, listening, reading and writing, with the emphasis on speaking.
  • You’ll regularly do tasks and tests designed to help you check your progress. Your language teacher will give you feedback to help you advance in your learning.

Level 2

What will you learn on this course?

  • You’ll refresh your basic knowledge of Spanish and broaden your vocabulary and grammar. You’ll practise this through talking about various everyday subjects such as your home and leisure, feelings and character traits, the present and the past, as well as your relationship with Spanish.
  • You’ll learn, among other things, how to give advice and respond to it, ask and give permission, describe objects and people, describe preferences and tastes, recount and relate past events, and talk about the beginning and duration of an action.
  • You’ll practice speaking, listening, reading and writing, with the emphasis on speaking.
  • You’ll regularly do tasks and tests designed to help you check your progress. Your language teacher will give you feedback to help you advance in your learning.

What will you learn on this course?

  • You’ll repeat and broaden your knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. You’ll practise this through talking about subjects such as your health, food and eating habits, and past experiences.
  • You’ll learn, among other things, how to talk about and reflect on past experiences, state intentions and express the desire to do something, explain how a dish is prepared, describe pain, physical discomfort and symptoms, situate actions in the past and in the present, and argue your point of view.
  • You’ll regularly do tasks and tests designed to help you check your progress. Your language teacher will give you feedback to help you advance in your learning.
  • You’ll be given a number of writing assignments and receive individual feedback.
