New printing system - transfer your balance

Activate your account in the new software: create a new account with the same mail address as your previous account. 

Your balance from the old software will be automatically transferred to the new software.

Create a myPrint account

  • go to myPrint 
  • register your email and password
  • you will receive a confirmation email with which you can complete your registration
  • in a second email you will receive two codes
    • primary code = username (ID) 
    • secondary code = password

Link your card to your myPrint account (optional)

The use of a card is not compulsory but facilitates access to the printer.

  • scan your library card at a printer
  • log in with the codes you received by email when registering your account
  • your card in now linked to your account

Top up your myPrint account

  • go to myPrint
  • log in with your mail and password
  • top up your myPrint-account (min €5 - max €50)

Forgotten your Primary and Secondary PIN?

You can have both codes emailed again to your registered email address.

  • log in to myPrint with your mail and password
  • go to 'my profile' at the top 
  • select the option 'change your primary pin code'
