Group work can be challenging to assess fairly and transparently, particularly when individual contributions vary. Buddycheck is a tool that supports peer assessment within group assignments, helping to make assessment more efficient and balanced.
In this lunchtime session, you will be introduced to how Buddycheck can be used within Blackboard. We will share hands-on experience of integrating the tool into teaching, highlighting concrete examples, benefits, and lessons learned. In addition, we will demonstrate the tool’s key features and guide you through its functionalities.
This session is aimed at educational staff who are interested in practical approaches to managing and assessing group assignments. You will leave with a clear understanding of how Buddycheck works and how you might apply it in your own courses.
