The field of Management, Strategy and Organization is multi-layered, focusing on employees, groups, organizations (public and private), and societies. A common research interest is how these interest groups react, or can be managed, to demographic and environmental changes. Some major themes include diversity and inclusion, the ageing work force, employee turnover, leadership values, stereotypes, organizational resilience, agility and  organizational transformation, as well as some of the (neuro)psychological processes that shape these shape behaviors and phenomena.

We follow a multi-disciplinary and multi-method approach. First, insights from different economic and social science disciplines are combined and integrated, notably economics, organizational behavior, Human Resource Management, psychology, sociology and public administration. Second, our research group has both quantitative and qualitative scholars. This diversity in research topics and methods works synergistically toward a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics and implications of the most important phenomena challenging employees, organizations and societies today.
