• Development & training
  We guide and train researchers in attracting funding, through courses in the Dive-into-projects and the Dive-into-Phd programme
• Reporting & analysis
  We analyse participation in strategic external channels and help developing new policy initiatives for R&I within the university
• Information, advice and solutions 
  Contact point for questions about external financing and related internal and external policy. Our dedicated EU, FWO and VLAIO Teams are centers of expertise within the university.
• Visibility & impact
  We take a role in EU policy influencing in YERUN and EUA, and in interuniversity consultation, capturing best practices and bringing the successes and experience of the UAntwerp to the fore.
• Expand opportunities
  We assist in the design of competitive project proposals and offer indepth reading services. We do this in collaboration with R&I support staff in faculties and consortia.
• Reach out
  Internally we join forces with intermediary R&I support staff. Externally, we collaborate with partner universities in the YUFE alliance.
• Safeguarding compliance
  We manage the FWO, federal and EU Framework contracts, in partnership with the Legal Office. We develop university regulations relating to external funding.
