Admission and enrolment
Admission requirements
You must have a university or college bachelor or master degree of at least three years of full-time study.
Procedure
You need the faculty's permission to take micro-credential courses.
Next, you have to enrol as a diploma contract student.
Tuition fee
For this micro-credential, the tuition fee amounts to 890 euros (incl. VAT).
Funding Options
Kmo-portefeuille
The Flemish Government has decided to discontinue the kmo-portefeuille. As of 1 January 2027, you will no longer be able to submit new support applications. In 2026, applications will remain possible until the available annual budget has been exhausted.
Flemish Training Incentives
This micro-credential is eligible for the following Flemish training incentives:
- Training Vouchers (Opleidingscheques)
- Flemish Educational Leave (Vlaams opleidingsverlof) - For a micro-credential, use reference number ODB-P00004 from the Opleidingsdatabank.
- Flemish Training Credit (Vlaams opleidingskrediet)
Each incentive has specific eligibility criteria. Go to this website to check whether you meet the conditions for the particular incentive you wish to use.
Paid Eductional Leave (BEV) - Brussels
This micro-credential is not eligible for Paid Educational Leave (Betaald Educatief Verlof - BEV) from the Brussels-Capital Region.
Student account and student card
You'll have access to all our student facilities: on-campus WiFi, the student portal and online learning platform, your student mailbox, the library, syllabus shops...
Combining work and study
For information and advice on combining work and study, you can contact Centrum West. Students who register for a micro-credential in combination with a job can also register as a working student to apply for additional facilities.
