This research aims to develop and integrate an optimized screening and assessment methodology so that water producers and distributors can continuously update their target lists of chemicals to be monitored in order to keep producing and distributing high-quality water. Furthermore, this project aims to bridge the gaps in knowledge between experts and citizens regarding emerging pollutants through the development of risk-communication strategies.
