Robin Lefebvre is a gardener of people, his aim is to help others grow to their full potential. After his PhD in Molecular Genetics, he made the step to industry and worked as a Scientist for Procter and Gamble. Besides leading his R&D team, he was also responsible for the R&D recruitment efforts for Belgium. Selecting the talent to enable the future growth of R&D. On top of this, he was also a corporate trainer giving various trainings, from leadership to recruitment. After 10y in the industry, he followed his true passion: growing others, becoming a full-time trainer and leadership coach.
