Research questions.
1. How can a historic convent building with its strong spatial typology meet the current library needs, and accommodate a further evolution in the library system ?
2. How can a relevant destination be given to an church space that was unused for a long time ?
3. To what extent do the conditions by the status of protected heritage, facilitate the destination choices and their architectural translation ?
4. How can the historic building be made integrally accessible and comply with the safety regulations while retaining the original typology and architecture ?
