The Law and Development Research Group has submitted its written input to the United Nations Working Group on Business and Human Rights on the 'extractive sector, just transition and human rights'. Inputs were requested by the UN Working Group for the formulation of a Report that will be presented to the 78th session of General Assembly in September 2023. The Research Group's submission was prepared by Dr. Gamze Erdem Türkelli, Prof. Dr. Thalia Kruger and Begüm Kilimcioğlu.
