Poverty in times of pandemics
On 1 December 2021, the 30th Yearbook on poverty and social exclusion (Dutch only –open access) was published. The Yearbook is published under the auspices of the University of Antwerp’s Alleviation of Poverty Foundation (Universitaire Stichting Armoedebestrijding – USAB). Wouter Vandenhole chairs the Foundation’s academic working party.
This year’s theme was poverty in times of pandemics. The Yearbook also paid special attention to 30 years poverty policy in Flanders and Belgium.
