Research group Movant
The central research theme of MOVANT is rehabilitation and movement. Our research is clustered into 3 focus domains (MetaMove, MoveAdapt, MoveMe), each with strong affinity for rehabilitation, movement and improvement of quality of life, studied from different angles: prognostic, diagnostic, interventional, mechanistic, technological, etc.

The focus domains are supported by three research laboratories: M2OCEAN (Movement analysis lab), M2RUN (Exercise physiology & metabolic lab), M²SENS (Sensoric functioning lab).
Antwerp International Vestibular Course
On the 21st and 22nd of April, 2023 the Antwerp International Vestibular Course will be held in Antwerp, Belgium. This two day course is organized by the research group MOVANT of the University of Antwerp in cooperation with the ENT-department of the University Hospital of Antwerp.
