Each year, the Fund for Cultural Management alternately presents an award for a thesis or a doctoral study. In doing so, the Fund aims to stimulate the quality of management practices in the cultural and creative sectors and to offer opportunities to young researchers. In 2022, there were three nominations: Jenni Pekkarinen (Sibelius Academy Finland) on fostering cultural participation to address youth disillusionment, Maaike van Leendert (Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands) about the donation question in literary initiatives and Alice Demattos Guimaraes (Høgskulen på Vestlandet, Norway)' thesis on the social circus in Brazil & Latin America in the first decades of the 21st century. For more information about the thesis award 2022 and the theses, see the following page.
During this Masterclass, these 3 young researchers will exclusively share with you the results of their research.
