Thomas Piot

Thomas Piot is a PhD researcher at the University of Antwerp and a member of the Government and Law Research Group. He graduated cum laude in the Master of Laws at the University of Antwerp with a focus on constitutional and administrative law. His research focuses on the advisory practice of the Council of State’s Legislative Section.
