My research examines how work and urban environments influence everyday health behaviours. I am particularly interested in how working conditions, commuting, neighbourhoods and access to local resources influence eating practices and broader wellbeing, for example, stress and burnout. I have experience using quantitative methods, such as longitudinal analysis, two-part regression, and latent class analysis. I am currently applying systems science methods (agent-based modelling).

Favorite (place in the) city

The rooftop of the Museum aan de Stroom (MAS) in Antwerp. It has a great view over the city and the river. I also used to live nearby, so going there always brings back a little bit of nostalgia.
