In our training offer we have 2 courses on Time Management with more or less the same content. However, the courses are taught by a different trainer, and differ in time commitment. While there may be some differences in content, it is pointless to take both courses. So choose the course according to your preference of location and time commitment. Below you find the detailed information per course.
Time Management (9h)
Content of the course:
During this 1.5-day course, you will learn to manage your time more efficiently. You will learn to recognise and deal with notorious time wasters. You will also be given a number of tools to learn how to prioritise and gain insight into the importance of planning. Persevering requires persistence and discipline, but the effect pays off.
After the first training day, you will be asked to detail your time use with a logbook. On day 2, we discuss the results in small groups and add tips.
This training is most suitable for PhD researchers in the early stages of their PhD trajectory.
